Pool, Terrace & Garden

The villa looks out on a beautifully tended and completely private and secluded sun soaked garden. The outside terrace is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner and provides welcome shade throughout the day as well as an uninterrupted view of the private pool. With water temperatures varying from a Winter low of around 19/20 degrees (67/68F depending on sunshine) to a Summer average of about 28 (80F) the pool is comfortable for swimming all year long - courtesy of the solar panelled heating system. With depths from 1.4 to 1.8 metres and dimensions of 5m x 3.5 metres it is ideal for playing or just lounging in while the Jacuzzi bubbles around you. Behind the villa there is also a larger and rarely used communal pool - 14m x 8m in size it starts at just 30 cms depth and runs to over 1.5 metres - ideal for infants.

By day the garden is a totally private suntrap with enough loungers for everyone - and by night the pool and garden light up creating a slowly shifting palette of shadows, lights, blues and greens – a magical background for an evening barbecue or dinner.

Lounge

The spacious Lounge has the traditional rustic feel of a Spanish hacienda. Authentic antique local furniture and colourful original artworks combine with classic Osborne & Little fabrics to contribute a sense of intimate cosiness. Together they add style to the contemporary comfort and space provided by the bright leather sofas, cushioned cane armchairs and cooling air conditioning. Rest and relax listening to CD's or play your own streamed music through the stereo. Watch a DVD from the huge library - or choose TV from one of 300 available European satellite channels including BBC1, 2, ITV and Channel 4 - or go online via the in house Wi-Fi.

3 Bedrooms

The villa can easily accommodate 6 people in comfort. It has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a super King sized bed, one double bedroom and a third twin bedded room. All have plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables, chests of drawers and flexible ambient lighting. Outside shutters ensure you can control light and fresh air– and the air conditioning units in each room allow you to control your own temperature. There is also a spare sofa bed in the library and we can provide cots (and also highchairs) for babies.

2 Bathrooms

There are two deluxe designer bathrooms – the main one is entirely marble with a huge mosaic encrusted walk in shower under a skylight which floods the room with light. The en suite has both a bath and shower set against a lemon tiled surround with shimmering mosaic tiles and a cobbled floor. Both feature wash basins, WCs, storage cupboards, and atmospheric lighting.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The modern designer kitchen and breakfast bar is fully equipped to cater for all occasions. Built in teak cupboards and lime quartz worktops provide a practical working environment with a fully integrated fridge freezer, an electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A kettle, coffee machine and toaster and even a backup fridge are on hand with cupboards full of glasses, tableware, cutlery and every kitchen utensil imaginable. Adjacent is a practical utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Library

The villa also has a comprehensive library with over 2000 books, CD;s and DVD's – all available to guests.

Really enjoyed the villa. Pool perfect – facilities great. Very safe for the kids ! Enjoyed the lovely walk to Maspalomas every evening. Great DVD and book selection. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you – the villa was perfect.
